Ingredients: Boneless chicken - 500g Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Ginger - 1 medium piece Green chilly - 3 small Salt Water - 1/2 glass For masala Garlic - 12 big cloves Ginger - 1 medium piece Onion - 1 medium Whole dried red chilly - 12 nos Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp or as per taste Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves Salt Coconut oil Add crushed ginger, slit green chillies, turmeric powder and salt to chicken and cook til soft adding half glass water. Put it on high flame and let the water, if any evaporate. Switch off and let it cool down. Once cooled, transfer to a mixie bowl and gently pulse to get shredded chicken. Do not mince. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, crushed ginger and garlic, curry leaves, crushed red chilly and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add shredded chicken and roast well. Once it is half done, add pepper powder, garam masala and roast til it reaches the desired crispiness. You can store it in airtight container for a long period
