ngredients Ripe banana - 1 Puffed rice - 2.5 cups Cardamom powder - To taste Sugar - As per taste Salt - Two pinches Oil - For frying Today I am sharing a quick and tasty snack using banana and puffed rice. Puffed rice - 2.5 cups One ripe banana Cardamom powder Add sugar, if needed. Powder puffed rice in mixie. Grind banana and sugar without adding water to a fine paste. Add powdered puffed rice in batches and mix. Taste and adjust the sweetness. Add two pinches of salt. Add cardamom powder. Mix everything and make a soft dough out of it. Make small balls out of it. Deep fry it in oil. Reduce the heat when it starts browning. You can also add nuts of your choice while making the dough. Fry til golden brown and remove. Now the easy and tasty pori pazham is ready. It is very soft inside. Please try this recipe at home and enjoy.
