Ingredients: Chicken legs / Drumsticks - 6 Ginger – 1 big piece Garlic -10 fat cloves Green chilly – 9 Whole pepper –1 tbsp Fennel seeds – 3/4 tbsp Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp Vinegar – 1 tbsp Honey – 1 tbsp Oil Salt Steps: Grind ginger, garlic, green chilly, whole pepper, fennel seeds and cumin seeds to a thick paste adding little water. Using a knife, loosen and separate the meat from the bone starting from the bottom of the leg. Scrape all the meat and push upwards. Add salt and vinegar to the chicken and mix well. Add the ground paste and honey and mix well. Cover and let it rest for a minimum of 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Transfer the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium flame. Flip and cook both sides. Remove and enjoy the chicken lollipop. Note: You may grill this in the oven on broil mode in the middle rack.
