Ingredients: Boneless chicken – 300 g Ginger – 1 medium piece Garlic – 8 cloves Green chilly - 3 Onion – 1 small Coriander leaves – 2 handfuls Pepper powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilly powder – 2 tsp Curry leaves Rice flour – 5 tbsp Garam masala – ¾ tsp Salt Oil Steps: Cut chicken into small pieces. Grind ginger, garlic and green chilly to a smooth paste. Add ground paste, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, curry leaves, rice flour, garam masala and salt to the drained chicken. Mix well with hands applying little pressure. Sprinkle few drops of water, if the mixture is too dry. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Drop small portions and deep fry in high flame until half done. Then reduce the flame to medium and cook until crispy. Enjoy the crispy chicken bites as a starter or with wine or hot tea or as a side for hot rice.
