Ingredients: Maida / All purpose flour - ½ cup Egg – 1 Banana – 1 (I used robusta) Milk – 7 tbsp Cardamom powder Salt For the filling: Grated coconut Sugar Cardamom powder Steps: Grind maida, egg, banana, milk, salt and cardamom powder to a smooth batter. The batter should be of dosa batter consistency. Mix cardamom powder, sugar and coconut. Heat a pan. Pour a ladle of the batter into the hot pan and spread gently with the back of the spoon on medium heat. Sprinkle some oil. Reduce the flame and spread the coconut filling on top of it. Gently lift the sides and roll from one end to the other. Transfer to a plate and repeat the steps for the rest of the batter. Cut in half and serve hot. Enjoy the banana coconut crepe rolls. Notes: -You can also use cherupazham / palayankodan pazham. -You can substitute milk with coconut milk.
